We accept assignment with Medicare, Medicaid and most other health care plans. Please call our office or your health insurer, if you have any questions regarding coverage. You will be expected to pay your insurance co-payment and for any non-covered services at the time of your appointment. We will file all primary and secondary insurance, as a courtesy to you. You will receive a monthly statement from us, whether or not insurance has been filed.
